The Finance System Administrator is an integral player in the success of our products by managing the critical platforms in the quote to cash cycle and other Finance processes. The Finance System Administrator will collaborate closely with finance stakeholders, product and engineering teams to help ensure continuous stability and continuity of the applications. A successful Finance System Administrator will monitor the platform health and maintain awareness of developments and features available in the supported platforms.
Duties and Cor Responsibilities Provide front-line support with regard to all aspects of business-facing applications and troubleshooting to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of Finance applications (e.g., Zuora, Concur, NetSuite) to meet the evolving needs of the business team Implement and maintain Product Catalogue information to help ensure accurate pricing and billing of products. Serve as internal SME and provide guidance on best practices, using domain knowledge and prior experience Drive optimal solutions and demonstrate proactive initiative by identifying potential areas of improvement and proposing projects aimed at optimizing business operations Maintain proper system access for user roles ensuring compliance with the segregation of duties Responsible for the change management and release process of Zuora Billing, Concur and NetSuite Maintain up-to-date knowledge and report out new developments regarding system functionality, customization, and integration Act as control owner and perform quarterly reviews to help ensure access and changes to Finance systems are appropriate Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related program 3+ years of experience with Zuora Billing administration and configuration, including 3rd party integrations in complex environments. Experience supporting Zuora Billing modules: Customers, Product Catalog. Subscriptions, Billing & Invoice, Payments and Taxes Experience working in Zuora Billing administration: User acess, HTML/PDF templates, Custome fields, notifications/email templates, data interface integrations, workflows and reports Knowledge of the billing cycle, including invoicing, invoice templates, payment and payment gateway configuration. Revenue recognition, financial reporting and integration into the ERP system Understand payment gateways, country specific requirements, refund, chargeback, cancellation and network tokenization Experience working in Zuora sandbox, including deployment across multiple environments. Experience integrating finance applications (e.g. Zuora, NetSuite and Concur) and with other platforms Ability to work independently with minimal guidance as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams Attention to detail to ensure documentation supporting compliance requirements is complete and accurate Paycor Total Rewards Take Care of Each Other is one of our Guiding Principles and it’s something we actively pursue through the benefits we offer.
