Job Title: Finance Support Manager - Record to Report (R2R)
Location: Thailand
Responsibilities
Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and complied with corporate accounting policies, Standard Chart of Account, IFRS standards, and local specification regulations.Provide advice/consultation to both internal and external stakeholders/partners on subject matter expertise for specific sub-processed within the global operating frameworkLead and deploy global initiatives and control enhancements in country, including a design of change management program and internal & external stakeholders’ managementInitiate and lead process simplification and efficiency improvement within responsible areasLiaise with external auditors and lead internal parties in the Statutory Financial Statement completion.Perform the FS analysis in greater details with incorporation the business insights, to define the unusual records, misrepresentation and wrong accounting treatment, and potential adjustment.Overall review on IFRS16 process and overall review on the balance sheet and P&L related to IFRS16Overall review on FA process and balance sheet. Co-ordinate with users in country and coordinate on physical check, audit point, etc.Qualification
At least 5 years of experience in area of account expertise.Strong Financial Accounting skills - IFRS knowledge.Qualified accountant (or similar experience), CPA preferred.Strong knowledge of key Finance processes in SAP - R2R and FA areaStrong leadership skills and capability in managing cross-functional and third-party serviceprovider to deliver assigned tasks within timeline.At least 5 years of experience in area of account expertiseEffective communications both written and oral in English and Thai languagePrefer candidate from Audit firm or in similar role in a shared service centerNote: Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicates from all walks of life!
