Responsibilities Organize and price contractsCorrect pricing and adjust commissions when neededCreate payables and receivables for aftersalesCreate remit sheets and request checksMaintain organization of various schedules, reports, and documentsEffectively communicate (both verbal and written) with various levels within the organizationProcess incoming refund checks from vendorsCorrect contracts in Menu Metrics systemOther duties as assigned by management Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelStrong attention to detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively.Reliable and strong work ethicSelf-motivated, must be able to work independently and/or as a team.PERKS
