**Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 1 year related experience.
**Job Summary:**
To provide transactional, budget, and analytical support with minimal supervision. Coordinates special projects, presentations, and provides technical expertise regarding financial activities.
**Job Duties:**
+ Responsibilities include all elements of vendor onboarding, as follows:
+ Providing excellent customer support and issue resolution for vendors and department initiators throughout the onboarding process
+ Sending PaymentWorks invites to existing and prospective UTMB vendors
+ Working with department initiators and vendors to ensure successful vendor onboarding and management of vendor details within PeopleSoft
+ Approving or rejecting vendor applications; and pushing back applications when additional details or changes in payment options are required;
+ Connecting Vendors within PaymentWorks and ensuring all PaymentWorks application data aligns with vendor data within the PeopleSoft FMS system
+ Respond to queries received from the Supplier Management Inbox
+ Log cases with PaymentWorks when escalations or reviews are needed
+ Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for management.
+ Ensures compliance with all UTMB policies and procedures
+ Performs other treasury department duties as required.
**Work Schedule:**
Partial remote, must be available to attend onsite meetings and trainings upon request.
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
**Salary Range:**
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
