This position reports to

Operations Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide reliable and timely analysis of financial results, budget, and forecasts. Each day, you will support the ABB group management and other stakeholders at various organization levels in decision making processes. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the evaluation of the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.•\tBeing responsible for arranging the daily cash collection / payment and invoice management, follow up customer / supplier dispute to settle collection / payment, monitor AR/AP overdue status and follow up to clear open items. •\tPrepare BAD breakdown every month, follow up accounting treatment and related PO maintenance after BAD issued.•\tResponsible for daily TP & Discount & Free order application checking, daily expense PO review, material info record review etc.•\tPrepare capex budget and responsible for daily fixed assets purchase application, arrange annual fixed assets physical count.•\tEnsure FX hedging in line with Global guidelines, FX posting & management in line with SAFE regulations.•\tCoordinate to prepare tax and customs declaration documents to tax bureau and Xiamen Customs, prepare insurance related documents and follow up with insurance related activities.•\tPrepare Cash Flow forecast every week/per request, identify the deviation with actual results.•\tBeing responsible for credit limit management for all customers.•\tResponsible for monthly closing, including MJE posting, RA checking, costing run, funding accrual etc.; preparing ABACUS supplementary reporting, handle internal transactions with counter parties and timely complete the government statistic reports.•\tMonthly financial analysis such as COPA, OU forecast, R&D forecast, SG&A forecast, balance sheet review etc.; preparing monthly EWR report, ABACUS report, management PPT preparing etc. and responsible for ATLAS input and full year estimation.•\tPrepare and coordinate annual Audit, including Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Special Audit, Internal Audit, etc. to meet integrity and internal control requirements.•\tSupport Business to conduct effective budget estimation process and pre-alert management for any deviations and conduct effective E2E process to in line with internal control framework. •\tSupport Company GM and Controller to prepare BOD package. •\tOther ad hoc tasks.

Qualifications for the role

\tA bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administration.\tYears of experience in similar role 5+ years, experience in manufacturing industry, experience of SAP preferred. \tA good understanding of financial and business processes.\tEnglish proficiency in speaking and written. \tGood communication skills. \tQuick learner and can work under pressure and stick to the deadline.
