Our client in the retail industry is seeking a Finance Shipping Clerk to join their team. You will be responsible for opening and recording shipments on receipt of import documents, scan douments, monitor clearing and forwarding agents order monitoring schedule, preparation of documents, liaise with local and overseas suppliers via email, sending original bills , filing etc.

 

Required Skills Finance/Shipping: 2 to 3 years Candidate Requirements

Must have:

Grade 12

ITC clear

Relevant working experience

Experience in finance/shipping environment essential

Knowledge and understanding of import documentation and procedures

Computer literate

Good command of the English Language
