About the Role
Reporting into the Off Trade Controller, you will work closely with colleagues across Finance and Front Line Sales to ensure accurate management of our Indirect Customer process via Third Party Distributors (TPD).

The main responsibilities of the role include ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of customer and distribution pricing and regular reviews of indirect customer data with our sales colleagues.  

You’ll develop strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to assist in the delivery of TPD data, analysis and reporting.

You’ll also help maintain governance of HEINEKEN UK’s assets through supporting the Off Trade Finance Controller in the preparation and review of the TPD Rebates balance sheet.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.

Deliver thorough best-in-class reporting and insight to ensure transparency and understanding of performance within the year. Own the TPD balance sheet and ensure a rigorous control & review process is in place within the Off Trade. Ensure all volumes, pricing and rebates are fully loaded into the system accurately and updated when necessary. Opportunity to coach the TPD finance assistant and work closely as part of the wider Off Trade finance team. Collaborate internally with legal and tax teams to ensure internal policies are compliant with current legislation.

About you
We’re looking for a process-driven and commercially aware Qualified Accountant with a track record of creating value in a collaborative way with your stakeholders and strong process control.

Are able to build solid relationships and influence stakeholders. Have a proactive and positive attitude. Can navigate robustly through a fluid and fast-moving commercial environment. Have a keen interest in and would like to learn more about the Off-Trade.

Our ways of working 
This role is office based, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home.  For full-time roles, we work a minimum of 3 days in the office – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with Monday and Friday being our work-from-home days.

In May we’ll be moving to a fantastic new office at 6 St Andrew Square – right in the heart of the city centre.

The office is in a great location with excellent public transport links so it’s really easy to get to whether you’re travelling by train, bus or tram!

With a brilliant selection of restaurants, bars, shops and our very own Star Pubs on our doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice for extracurricular activities.  And if you fancy catch up after hours with your colleagues, our in-house  bar with fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle might just be the spot for you!
