About the Opportunity:

Department: Finance/Revenue Operations

Reports to: Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing Salesforce opportunity records with weekly Finance Audit. Assist with cleansing & deduping CRM data, research & recommend changes to maintain data cleanliness going forward. Document process changes in RevOps Confluence space. Research & provide feedback to management regarding current processes and documentation.  Review and validate cross-system mapping in Business Intelligence data stack. Contribute to current RevOps processes. May include other duties as assigned by Manager.

Position Requirements:

Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week in the Santa Barbara Office.  We hire from UCSB and Westmont College Must be a critical thinker, and a detail-oriented problem-solver Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Slides) An interest to learn about CRM and Business Intelligence systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand and analyze problems without extensive context Curious and quick learner, with a healthy dose of initiative Excellent time management skills, able to efficiently prioritize tasks and remain flexible Enjoy a fast-paced and team-based environment with the ability to create a positive environment facing adversities
