Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Retail Functional Consultant who will take an end-to-end, process-based approach to address key business challenges such as reducing complexity, optimising operations, driving process innovation, and enabling strategic cost reduction. The consultant will work closely with clients in both the private and public sectors, helping them to rapidly enhance their internal capabilities and continuously improve operational and innovation performance. Our core offerings target different aspects of a client's value chain, focusing on delivering value across the enterprise by integrating assets, processes, policies, and people.



As a Retail Functional Consultant within the Dynamics 365 Practice, you will leverage your expertise in strategy, operations consulting, and business process analysis to drive solutions that transform our client's business.



Professionals working with our client are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that align business processes with technology to help clients achieve high performance. Dynamics 365 professionals design, implement, and deploy D365 solutions to meet defined business goals. They maintain expertise in D365 application process design, configuration, application development, integration, testing, deployment, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct business performance and process diagnostics and assessments.
* Supervise application design and architecture components.
* Oversee process and functional design activities.
* Develop functional requirements as inputs to application design.
* Design, develop, and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
* Supervise application build, test, and deploy activities.
* Plan and execute data conversion activities.
* Lead test planning and execution.
* Manage projects and programs, demonstrating leadership in process re-engineering and implementing process, technology, strategy, and organisational changes.



Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in Dynamics AX/F&O implementation.
* Experience working with the Retail/Commerce modules
* Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead people, teams, and projects.
* Understanding of various aspects of business management and strategic evaluation.
* Ability to communicate in both English and Polish is essential



Nice to have:

* Dynamics D365 Certification.
* Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology.
* Proficiency in Microsoft platform skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Project.
