Minimum requirements:
Minimum qualification: Newly qualified CA(SA) or a BCom in Financial Management is required  Minimum of 7+ years' articles experience within the construction industry as this position serves as the CFO covering all aspects of centralized finance, debtors, creditors, Human Resources, contracts and tenders Minimum of 4+ years' experience in contracting industry is essential  Ability to provide and oversee debtor's department, deal with credit problems, ensure cash collected when due as well as ensure the integrity if the financial systems, databases, financial management reports and internal controls within the business Must be able to enforce all projects, budgets, insurance programmes, audits ad bank facilities run smoothly and efficiently  Ability to support team, and assist with detailed monthly, quarterly cash flow planning and management  Ensure that the CEO is informed regularly in terms of business cash flow and contract issues Ability to motivate and lead the finance team ensuring adequate internal controls within the business  Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans Must have own reliable transport and driver's license  Expert ability to work on MS Office  Consultant: Tiara Naidoo - Dante Personnel Cape Town
