Finance Manager - Data and Analytics (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Manager, who will be responsible for strategic analyses providing insights to drive sound business decisions for the BBD and BRCC businesses. You will work alongside senior leaders in Finance in a fast-paced environment, assisting in high profile projects to drive transformation.
 

This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.


Responsibilities:

Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the FP&A team’s needs.

Build and manage comprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.

Integrate data from various sources (ERP systems, CRM, financial databases) to create unified datasets for analysis.

Work closely with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity across the organization.

Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within the finance team.

Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and enhance data quality and efficiency.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data management technologies and practices.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or data management role, with at least 2 years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development.

Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.

Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages.

Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment.

Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change.

Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: 120,000 - 140,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Annual Bonus: 10%
