About the Role 

We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will bring a flexible and adaptable approach to drive financial performance and innovation. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Full financial end-to-end responsibilities, ensuring effective management of all financial deliverables.  Ownership of billing, payments, and variation processes.  Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.  Manage monthly accruals, provide commentary, and bridge actual results to forecasts.  Prepare financial budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management and stakeholders.  Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

Essential: 

Proven experience in Accounting or Finance Management with strong attention to detail.  Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and agreements.  Strong communication and influencing skills.  Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.  Strong business acumen with high-level financial knowledge.  Experience working within QA, WH&S, and environmental systems. 

Desirable: 

Experience in facilities management or corporate real estate.  Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).  Experience working within an integrated services and property model. 

Education & Certifications: 

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, or Finance.  CA or CPA qualification (mandatory).  Minimum five years of experience in financial accounting and reporting.  Experience in delivering property portfolio services.
