Summary: The Finance Manager is a corporate finance role responsible for providing the financial analysis and insight to executive management.

Report directly to the Vice President, FinanceBe accountable for the accuracy of reported financial forecasts and budgets as well as respective variance analysis;Direct, performs and is accountable for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance/return analysis activities for shared service departmentsWorks with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly/ quarterly/ annual close processes;Manages overall department budget(s)Present the financial results as well as budgets, forecasts and analytics to the Executive Management team;Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures within the Corporate Finance team;Improve processes and procedures as well as the usage of systems and tools to further enhance the goals and objectives of the organization;Foster an environment of highest professional standards for yourself and your team in terms of ethics, adherence to policies, procedures, and to achieve the overall set goals of the business unit;Ad hoc requirements as neededSupervisory Responsibilities: This position supervises 1 - 3 Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ANDFive (5) to Eight (8) years of related experience OREquivilent combination of education and experienceCertificates and Licenses: None required.

Master’s DegreeManagement experienceCompensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $93,134.25 to $169,096.80. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
