Finance Manager
**_This position is available as hybrid (3/2) or 100% on site. It is not available 100% remote._** The **Finance Manager** will collaborate with Sales Operations, Transformation, Fleet, and Finance team members in support of the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business segment for the US. The Finance Manager will analyze operational and financial results, play an integral role in the forecasting and budgeting processes, and operational expenses in excess of $600M. This role requires a detailed understanding of financial reporting and a keen interest in learning the DSD route to market and all associated business processes supporting this segment. The successful candidate will bring a cross-disciplinary combination of analytical and critical skills in a number of financial areas with the ultimate goal of driving cost savings and influencing business partners to operate as efficiently as possible. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, is intellectually curious, and knows how to create financial models to assist the business in shining a spotlight on key data points. If you are looking for a team and a company where you can be a thought leader and advance your career, then look no further! **Major Responsibilities:** + Function as controller for DSD fleet operations, working with regional fleet and finance teams to ensure all financial statements are fairly and accurately represented. + Provide business insights, commentary and presentation materials for Executive Leadership Team meetings, operational reviews, management meetings, and financial reviews. + Build key components and coordinate preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). + Continuously improve operational and financial reporting to help maximize efficiency in our distribution centers and fleet shops. + Routinely visit operations centers and find opportunities to enhance operational capabilities and eliminate waste. + Provide ad-hoc technical and analytical guidance to field-based operations and finance partners. + Build automated modeling templates to quickly and accurately analyze capital projects and vendor contracts. + Develop relationships with business partners across the KDP enterprise, including the Corporate FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, HR, and Supply Chain Operations departments. + Promote an environment of strong internal controls and process efficiencies. + Perform other job-related duties as requested by management. **Ensure high performance results of your team by:** + Fostering a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributions. + Driving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent. + Embracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failures. + Establishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations. 99718 Keurig Dr Pepper is an equal opportunity employer and affirmatively seeks diversity in its workforce.
