Our client a financial services and investment company is searching for a Finance Manager to be based at their Centurion offices This role is focused on the financial management design and implementation of financial and related policies and procedures audit preparation and management tax administration and financial related compliance The incumbent will report directly to the CEO and indirectly to the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee

The successful candidate will have a high level of experience and knowledge in
Preparing guiding consolidating and submitting budgets
Budget forecasting and modelling
Preparing and management of monthly biannual and annual reporting to designated groups
Implementation of financial and related compliance
Preparation and review of various financial reconciliations
Design communicating and implementing of financial and corporate strategy
Design communicating and implementing of financial and nonfinancial policies
Perform ad hoc nonroutine financial analysis as needed
Tax administration
Management of audit and audit processes
Preparation of Annual Financial Statement
Legal documentation review
Procurement management implementation and reviews
Staff development and management
Requirements
BComm/ BTech Accounting and Commercially focussed qualification
Articles SAICA/ SAIPA
Professional Association advantageous
Financial Accounting Reporting Audit Accounting/Financial Based Softwares
