Description We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in financial planning, reporting, and multi-entity consolidations to drive strategic insights and optimize workflows. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial consolidation and reporting processes using Datarails, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across multiple entities.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement cost-saving strategies and enhance financial efficiency.
• Automate financial processes by leveraging tools like Datarails and Excel, while addressing and resolving reporting challenges.
• Ensure accurate intercompany transactions and eliminate redundancies in multi-entity consolidations.
• Support system upgrades and integrations to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory updates to maintain compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including expertise with Datarails.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
• Proven track record managing multi-entity consolidations within complex corporate structures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Familiarity with additional BI tools or financial reporting software is a plus.
