As our Finance Manager, you will 

Be able to support company’s growth and objectives with timely decision makingGuarantee compliance with local laws and regulationsFacilitate integration of financial operations with global standards and practicesEnhance local compliance adherence and decision-making based on solid arguments and data-driven insightsLead a team of 5, promote accountability, communicate expectations and provide constructive feedback informally and formally via regular one on ones and performance reviewsDevelop the capacity of the team, deepen understanding of their roles and assist with career developmentStrengthen local compliance through process automation and robust technical expertiseAssume accountability through clear ownership of responsibilitiesPrioritize initiatives to address critical areasImprove calculation of income tax, WHT, VAT monthly taxes and other taxes that may affect the company.Improve statutory reporting and tax compliance reportsAnalyse and evaluate impacts of changes in legal regulationsPrepare tax notes for the Company's Financial Statements Coordinate financial statement audit requirementsAttention to inspections and/or requirements of public entitiesAutomation of processes such as electronic invoicingImplement local compliances guidelines for inventory and fixed assetsImprove tax authorities replies mechanismSupport to new businesses and investmentsDefine process for Contracts databaseEstablish good quality service to and good working relationships with other centralized teams Represent on behalf of the company before the tax authority, municipality, or any other public body.

As the Finance Manager, you already are or have

Senior experience in leading finance teams in international environment in UzbekistanStrong communication and leadership skills to navigate across functional and centralized teams, both in a managerial as well as training capacityExperience with process optimization and integration of global accounting standardsAble to consistently demonstrate flexibility and resilience Able to maintain positive relationships and composureStrong commitment to teamwork and accountability, thrive in evolving and changing environments and make effective written and verbal communication a priority in all situationsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesGood command / effective operational proficiency in Uzbek and/or Russian and English languages.Solid tax knowledge; Financial Accounting; Knowledge of IFRS-US GAAP Accounting StandardsKnowledge of Excel at the intermediate to advanced level
