**Summary:**
Meta is seeking to fill a position on the Infrastructure Supply Chain Finance team, which will play a critical role in developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize the supply chain operations. In this role, you will gain invaluable experience with visibility into Meta's business & operations and have broad impact within the Supply Chain organization. You will work on high-profile strategic and operational initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate the growth of our financial & business planning processes to support an increasingly complex ecosystem. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning & forecasting and support strategic projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions.
**Required Skills:**
Finance Manager, Infrastructure Supply Chain Responsibilities:
1. Drive high-impact strategic projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceptional outcomes that propel business growth.
2. Provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities to the leadership team.
3. Develop and implement comprehensive long range plans and budget plans that align with organizational goals and objectives
4. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive effective execution of strategic initiatives
5. Assist with management and financial planning, including presentations and key analysis requests
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

7. 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
8. 3+ years of supply chain finance or supply chain operations experience
9. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
10. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively
11. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software, such as Excel, Access, and financial planning tools like Essbase/Hyperion

12. Experience in cloud infrastructure at a high-growth tech company or investment bank
13. SQL experience
14. MBA or MS in quantitative field
15. Detail-oriented and experience to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under pressure and tight deadlines
16. Exceptional communication skills and experience to distill vast amounts of information into a clear & concise story
17. Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
18. Experience managing multiple workstreams end-to-end
**Public Compensation:**
$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
