About this hiring group
The Finance Manager will be a key business partner with the India Ads leadership team to assist in maximizing the potential of our Advertising program. The position is responsible for Pricing, Yield, bench marking and performance analytics for this high growth business. In this role, you will be responsible for all financial controller-ship, metrics and overall financial analysis. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity; detail oriented and has the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including categories, sales, product development and software development.

Job responsibilities
- Maintain a tight controllership around pricing/Yield
- Monitor the trends around key metrics and identify hotspots. Work with cross functional teams to address the issues.
- Internal and external bench marking across key ICs, Geographies.
-Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances.
-Lead analytical projects that assist and influence the business
- Financial reporting, planning and P&L management.

Basic qualifications
- CA or MBA (Finance) from a highly regarded business school - 7-10 years of relevant experience in finance

Preferred qualifications
- Experience with Data Warehouse, COGNOS, and SQL is a plus
-Advanced Excel user Personal Characteristics:
-Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business
-Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
