As the Financial Manager, Customer Brands, you will provide direction and strategic planning through complex and interpretive financial analyses for the Customer Brands (private label and co-manufacturing) product portfolio. Present results and recommendations to senior leaders in order to drive profitable growth and enable action-oriented decision making. Serve as a strategic business partner to internal customers and stakeholders to maximize financial outcomes and optimize customer profitability.

Responsibilities:
Establish clear pricing strategies, price positioning, pricing architecture, and appropriate discounting policies as informed by business objectives. Lead comprehensive financial analysis and reporting for the Customer Brands product portfolio, including requests related to new product development (NPD), customer analysis, and competitive analysis. Continuously assess and refine pricing processes and strategies based on market conditions, customer feedback, competitive landscape, and company objectives. Optimize strategic pricing by leading requirements gathering, design, internal alignment, and implementation of pricing models to enact pricing strategy. Determine KPIs to track & measure progress against strategic pricing and profitability goals. Communicate pricing strategies and price changes effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Drive high performance culture by providing guidance, direction, and developmental leadership to direct reports. Champion change management behaviors and influence business partners. Proactively identify and lead process improvement projects that enhance our ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.#LI-MG1
