We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

· Building and running the Financial models to support the HSBC's reporting, planning and forecasting cycle and valuations to provide dynamic outputs for business decision making and to meet entity and group requirements

· Conduct the provision of meaningful financial analysis after model run, with valid assumptions and clear messaging for financial and business users

· Provide technical input in stress testing and scenario analysis, to demonstrate HSBC's financial resilience under changing market conditions, to business management and the regulators.

· Act as a trusted advisor to management, provide valued commercial insights to challenge and steer business decision making

· Prepare analysis of business area(s), provide recommendations to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks

· Ensure maintenance of thorough supporting documentation and audit trail of assumptions and inputs incorporated into the models, including model limitations and controls

· Review the design, build and development of financial models to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory rules
