Amazon.com is seeking a Finance Manager in the Financial Planning and Analysis team of the Amazon Music Finance team. In partnership with business, operations, and technology teams throughout Amazon, this position will lead the long-term financial strategy development and drive strategic initiatives to improve financial reporting and customer experience through automation, process improvements, and defects prevention. This role will engage with executive leadership and cross functional teams to drive results.
The successful candidate will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and partner with multiple business and finance team members to deliver financial models that impact business decisions. The right individual will have strong leadership skills and solid business acumen capable of driving results and improving processes. They will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment.

Key job responsibilities
> Driving long-term strategy and planning and related deliverables, and ensuring financial discipline and compliance.
> Develop financial metrics, reporting, and financial analysis around assumptions in the long-term plan.
> Understand how business resource plans and goals influence the long-term strategy of Amazon Music and provide insights to support business decisions.
> Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish.
> Anticipate business requirements, trends, and variances; develop action plans; measure and analyze results; initiate corrective actions; minimize the impact of negative variances.
