工作职责

通过30个月的轮岗锻炼、各类培训项目、课程培养提升培训生的个人领导力，并获得财务领域内全面的专业知识与技能轮岗期间至少经历3个岗位的工作（财务计划与分析、供应链财务、信用控制、内部审计、会计、资金管理等核心职位）；公司为项目每一位成员量身定制的发展计划，助力成员在艺康这个大平台中探索个人职业发展的无限延展；管理培训生将会参与各类项目工作，并有大量的机会直接向财务部高层领导展示与汇报。

任职要求

2024年11月至2025年应届毕业生，财经类相关专业；较强的学习能力、沟通技巧、团队合作能力及领导力；优秀的英语口语及书面表达能力；较强的逻辑思维能力；熟练掌握Microsoft Office 办公软件。
