Your Responsibilities on the Team 

Must possess organizational skills, control the constant flow of paperwork.Obtain the goals of the department by prioritizing your own workload.Must possess good interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively with other associates, managers, trade partners and consultants.Must be able to listen effectively and follow directions.Must be proficient in operating the various computer software programs used by the company.Must be able to work efficiently unsupervised.Must have the initiative to accomplish assignments with limited direction.Being creative and well organized in problem solving.Detailed orientated.Perform all other duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED requiredGeneral accounting experience with computer backgroundLand Development experience preferredJD Edwards experience highly desirable10 key by touchMaintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is requiredInteract well with co-workersUnderstand and follow work rules and proceduresAccept constructive feedbackTeam player

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.  Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.  May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
