About the Role

This role is based in Sydney CBD, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and is conveniently located near the train station for easy commuting.

Are you a strategic finance leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving financial planning & analysis (FP&A)? If so, we want you on our team! As Finance Director ANZ, you will: Lead and manage the ANZ FP&A team, fostering collaboration and performance. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and regional reporting (monthly, annual, and rolling). Partner with the Global Finance team to provide insights, forecasts, and analysis. Develop automated, insightful reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to drive efficiency. Lead capital management processes, including forecasting, planning, and reporting. Collaborate with SGA owners to ensure accurate planning and forecasting.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in finance roles, with strong exposure to FP&A, acquisitions, and business integrations. A university degree and a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent). Expertise in financial systems, operational processes, and their interdependencies. Proficiency in Excel, Oracle ERP, Power BI, and PowerPoint. A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and stakeholders effectively. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance operational and long-term goals. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
