In this position you’ll direct the finance function for all our CHVAC (Commercial HVAC solutions as well as Service unit) and support the CHVAC Headquarters in the South Europe countries. You’ll provide financial partnership with business unit leadership to achieve annual financial performance targets, ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies/procedures and lead the development of accurate and timely forecasts and annual plans, As **Finance Director, South Europe** your key responsibilities will be: + Providing financial planning, forecasting, and operational analysis + Developing a comprehensive annual & strategic business plan + Business partnering and decision support + Engaging product line and operational managers continuously to ensure that financial commitments are achieved + Directing the FP&A functions and partnering with financial accounting, control & Credit and Collection functions, including the reporting of the results of the operations and the necessary financial analysis required for the management of the business. Accountable for adherence to accounting and financial standards, procedures and policy as well as creating and developing an ethical leadership team. + Evaluating capital, product development, and other investments + Implementing Carrier financial policies and ensuring all reporting entities are in compliance with those standards. + Prepare and present business reviews as required **Who we’re looking for?** The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of accounting and finance professionals supporting a multi-entity $300M CHVAC portfolio of businesses. This opportunity is a critical and comprehensive leadership role within HVAC, a fast-paced and growing segment. It requires a self-directed leader for achieving and exceeding financial performance, business growth, and meeting financial controls compliance objectives.
