The Director of Finance for Digital Strategy & Technology serves as a critical business partner for the Chief Digital Officer and other senior leaders, covering all aspects of finance and accounting for the digital corporate function and digital-related businesses. This role also collaborates with the business units on digital strategy and related investments to drive achievement of business objectives. This role reports to the Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer.

Where is the work:  This position will be located in Davidson, NC.

 

Hybrid:  This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. 

  

What you will do:    

• Serve as a strategic business partner to the Chief Digital Officer and other senior leaders by providing financial and accounting support, anticipating and resolving potential business challenges, and partnering with business units to drive achievement of business objectives
•    Own the controllership for the digital function and digital-related businesses, ensuring accurate financials and full compliance 
•    Lead monthly close process and management reporting for the digital-related businesses, highlighting risks and opportunities to achieve targets
•    Lead quarterly forecast updates, annual budget process, and multi-year business planning process for the digital corporate function and digital-related businesses
•    Support financial due diligence and integration for digital-related acquisitions
•    Partner with leadership on strategic analyses and development of presentations for key meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings
•    Perform frequent and complex ad hoc assignments
•    Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

 

What you will bring:  

•   Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA/CPA preferred
•    15+ years of Finance experience required.
•    Experience with a multinational company with software as a service experience preferred
•    Demonstrated ability to build highly effective teams and develop talent
•    Lean mindset, with a proven track record of delivering process excellence
