Minimum requirements:
Matric certificate (compulsory) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
Experience in Pastel Partner (essential) Fluency in Afrikaans and English (as per client request) Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle (as per client request)
 
Key Responsibilities
Capturing and reconciling supplier invoices to statements Filing of supporting documentation Cashbook processing and mapping – ensure correct allocations as confirmed with the Accountant Managing and reconciling Debtors and Creditors age analysis monthly Performing various reconciliations, including Bank, General Ledger, Debtors, and Creditors EMP201 submissions Salary processing for a small entity
