Finance Business Services Specialist
**Job Overview:** This position is responsible for proactively partnering with our Bottlers and Distributors (Delivery Agents) to obtain reported volume files, ensure all reported volume files are successfully processed and promptly address volume file exceptions. Works closely with Master Data, FBS Systems, FFS Sales, Finance & Rebates to review and proactively control sales volume. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a project-type environment balancing multiple priorities without direct supervision, possessing a high level of organizational and follow-up skills. Must possess keen sense of urgency and precision to meet deadlines and contractual timeline requirements. Must possess an attention to detail, be process oriented and seek process improvements. Maintain a consistent level of professionalism while working with internal and external customers. Candidate must demonstrate superior decision-making skills that are performed in a thoughtful and rational manner. Responsibilities: + Proactively monitor assigned Delivery Agents to obtain past due reporting based upon reporting frequency. + Create and maintain continuous history of reported volume for assigned Delivery Agents. + Review, research and resolve volume exceptions within the FFS Exceptions Database. + Partnering with FBS Systems Team to identify records or files that should be purged. + Partner with Bottlers/Distributors and Field Sales to form a working relationship and serve as a point of contact for volume reporting activities and issues related to Delivery Agents that are assigned to coverage. + Work assigned tickets for Alteryx Errors, Blank Files, DA Missing Volume Files and File Format issues. + Utilize Microsoft Excel to compile volume history, create volume workbooks and volume recaps. + Verify volume reporting using SAP and MicroStrategy. + Maintain files to monitor metrics for DA Missing Volume Files and Continuous Feeds. + Help identify improvements for workflow processes and cross-functional department policies. + Provide recommendations to Leadership to pinpoint opportunities to improve accuracy and customer satisfaction. + Special Projects or Requests as prioritized by Leadership. **Requirements:** + Education: High School Diploma, GED equivalent or comparable work experience. Bachelors or Associates degree is preferred. New college graduates are acceptable. + Experience in Customer Service, Data Management or Sales Support encouraged.SAP Experience, MicroStrategy and Microsoft Access is a plus. + Experience using Microsoft Office (specifically advanced Excel skills, i.e., VLOOKUP, PIVOT and CONCATENATE). + Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify and communicate key patterns **Company Overview:** Keurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
