About the role: As the Finance Business Partner for South East Europe, you will be a pivotal member of the SEE Cluster leadership, providing strategic financial guidance to the Managing Director and the commercial teams. Your expertise will drive financial performance and operational excellence across 12 countries in the region, encompassing Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Bosnia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Albania. This role is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about steering financial strategy and fostering collaboration across functions in a dynamic and diverse environment. Key responsibilities: + Collaborate with the Managing Director and commercial teams to co-pilot business strategies. + Develop and implement mid-term financial plans in line with FP&A processes. + Influence and challenge decisions to align with strategic objectives. + Monitor and steer profitability, pricing strategies, and working capital. + Collaborate with FP&A to ensure budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives are met. + Drive the financial performance of the cluster, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. + Lead finance process digitalization and standardization initiatives. + Support the transition to a new finance operating model. + Prepare and lead commercial business cases for expansions, including academies and sales offices. + Engage with stakeholders to drive growth and innovation within the cluster. + Represent Barry Callebaut to auditors, tax authorities, and local banks. + Ensure compliance with IFRS and group standards in collaboration with Accounting CoE. + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Represent the cluster’s interests in cross-regional and global discussions. About you : + Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role within multinational companies, preferably B2B or food industries. + Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields + Proficient in SAP (incl. BW), Power BI, IFRS, and local GAAP. + Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. + Analytical mindset with hands-on, solution-oriented approach. + Flexible, open-minded, and eager to learn. + Strong drive to deliver results and influence change. + Effective communicator capable of navigating diverse cultural and professional landscapes. + Language Proficiency: English (advanced); additional languages are an advantage.
