Accountabilities & Responsibilities The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial performance of the service lines. This role combines financial expertise with deep understanding of operations to ensure cost-efficiency, accurate reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making support. The Finance Business Partner will work closely with the finance team, operations, and senior management to drive financial performance and optimize the resources.   + Collaborate with service lines to understand their financial needs and objectives. + Analyse financial data, performance metrics, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations. + Prepare and present financial reports, including budget variances and forecasts, to assist in decision-making. + Work closely with department heads and managers to align financial strategies with the overall organisational goals. + Provide financial input into strategic plans, helping identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation. + Assist in the budgeting process by helping departments set realistic financial targets and priorities. + Identify financial risks and work with business units to develop mitigation strategies. + Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. + Support internal and external audits and address financial compliance issues. + Serve as a financial advisor and advocate, fostering strong working relationships with business unit leaders. + Act as a liaison between the finance department and business units, facilitating effective communication.  Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. + Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business controlling or financial management, with a focus on logistics or supply chain operations. + Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, clearing & forwarding, warehousing from a financial perspective. + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. + Ability in identifying financial challenges, proposing solutions, and adapting to changing circumstances. + Advanced proficiency in financial software and business intelligence tools. + Knowledge of logistics KPIs and key metrics used in transportation and supply chain management. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines. + Familiarity with global logistics and supply chain regulations and practices. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM, and Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM .
