Are you a strategic finance leader with strong business acumen and experience in multinational, matrix-driven organizations? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to support our Vaccines Business Unit in Vietnam. In this role, you will serve as the finance lead, partnering closely with the BU Head and cross-functional teams to drive performance, support strategic decisions, and ensure financial discipline.
This is a senior individual contributor role requiring a high level of influence, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end ownership of financial planning and performance management.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering
Serve as the finance lead for the Vaccines BU and participate in key governance forums (Ops Committee, Demand & Supply, Management Committee).Partner with Operations to ensure alignment between financials and business goals.Provide forward-looking insights, challenge assumptions, and support pricing, resource allocation, and go-to-market decisions.Lead business reviews with BU leadership and influence strategic direction.Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management
Manage end-to-end FP&A activities: topline, OPEX, distribution costs, headcount tracking, etc.Identify risks/opportunities vs. budget/forecast and recommend mitigation plans.Coordinate closely with Regional Finance, Accounting, and Controlling teams during monthly closings and planning cycles.Internal Controls & Systems
Ensure strong financial governance and support continuous improvement of finance processes.Manage reporting tools and contribute to finance system enhancements ensuring data integrity.About YouQualifications & Experience
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, with at least 3 years in Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG.Proven experience in multinational companies with a complex matrix structure.Strong background in strategic business partnering, financial modelling, and performance analytics.Skills & Competencies
