This high-profile role involves advising senior management and coordinating resources to meet strategic objectives.
As a Business Management Vice President within the Finance and Business Management (F&BM) organization, you will play a key role in supporting our Government business. You will partner with the business management team and senior leaders in the Government organization, bringing a strong understanding of sales and financial operations. Your ability to promote strategic dialogue across the organization, inform decision-making, proactively solve problems, and provide analytical insight and business judgment will be crucial in support of strategic and tactical initiatives. This high-profile position will require you to assist and advise senior management, as well as coordinate the deployment of the bank’s corporate resources to address strategic and tactical objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Support and partner with the Government Business Head and Government Banking Team to help drive business agenda and priorities; create business plans and strategic roadmapWork closely with key stakeholders, including Finance and Analytics teams, to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, identify areas of opportunity, and develop execution plans to drive changeDeliver actionable, data-driven insights that help optimize business performance with a focus on profitability, expense management and operating efficiencyIdentify areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutionsExecutes portfolio management, segmentation, planning and growth efforts using CRM and other sales enablement tools and processes
