The Finance practice group of a well respected AmLaw 200 firm who is seeking a mid-level (class of 2022-2019 ideal) Commercial Finance Associate to join their team in their Chicago headquarters.

Qualified associates will have worked, ideally, with both lender and buyer (but either will be considered) on various finance transactions and be able to draft loan documents and conduct due due diligence.

This firm offers competitive compensation - expected to be between $260k-320k based on class year, plus a two-tiered bonus and a one-tiered partnership track.
