Finance Team Lead-General Accounting

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide accounting, reporting, and General Accounting, reconciliation, R2R expertise. Each day, you will support in accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement preparation and review follow-up on accounting issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting in the preparation of financial reports in compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite,#LI-onsiteThis role is contributing to the Finance in Bangalore-Hebbal. You will be mainly accountable for: •\tPerforming general accounting activities and recording of financial transactions•\tPerforming reconciliations of accounts and get to details for any discrepancies•\tPerforming accounting related analysis and generate reports to support finance Queries•\tPerforming month end book closing and reporting activities•\tAssisting team leader during the audits•\tPerforming such other activities as required to meet the Stake Holders requirement

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed engaged in General Accounting, SAP, R2R, activities\tYou are passionate, you are innovative around MS Excel and MS office\tProven experience of bachelor’s degree as BCOM or MBA in Accounting, Finance or Commerce, MCOM\tYou are at ease communicating with Strong written and verbal communication skills\tMinimum 5 to 8 years of experience is preferred\tShift timing: 6am-3pm (month end closing flexible) and Work from office
