Summary

The role focuses on Financial Reporting, Business Planning and Forecasting for Asia Pacific. He/She is expected to work closely with cross-function stakeholders and transforming operational data into insights for senior management.

Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis: Actual financial variance analysis against business plans and/or forecast.Prepare monthly review reports and insights for management in a timely manner.Business Plan: Supports bi-yearly financial plan, including collaboration with other functions in budgeting.Forecasting: Close engagement with other functions team based on operational historical and current market information.Ad-hoc tasks and cost simulations/analysis related projects/analysis to support strategic decisions

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent fieldsExceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrate effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholdersAble to manage multiple priorities and meet tight datelinesPossesses excellent verbal and written English communication skillsProficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access); Power Automate is a plus
