Role Overview:
Provides business consulting, modeling and analytical decision support to Trellix Executives and Management Team and facilitate data driven decisions.About Role:
Provide support for Central Finance team in projects related to annual topline planning, quarterly forecasting, and quarterly/monthly reporting.Analyze and explain variances in financial trends.Manage data and analysis requests from start to finish, including gathering data requirements, pulling and validating data, analyzing data, building statistical models, visualizing results, synthesizing insights and presenting resultsManage ad hoc data requests for key financial metrics by extracting and validating data from various sources such as Google Looker or Salesforce and providing insights into results when needed.Consolidate topline metrics in financial report templates from our owners.Assist in populating existing financial models and creating new models as required related to topline metrics including, but not limited to: bookings, ARR, renewals, and revenue.Work with other organizations such as Revenue Accounting to validate system data and submit adjustments as needed.About You:
2-3 years experience in finance, analytics, or equivalent roleBachelors degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related fieldStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsExtreme attention to detailWorking knowledge of financial metrics such as revenue, bookings, and contract renewalsAbility to work on multiple projects (ad hoc or established) with tight deadlinesComfortable working in Microsoft suite products (Excel and Powerpoint), as well as Google products (Google Sheets)Willingness to work partially during US hours as needed (US morning/India evening)Experience with Google Looker platformCapability to write and execute SQL queriesWriting MacrosCompany Benefits and Perks:
