About the Role:
This position reports to the Corporate FP&A Manager and supports the CEMEA business unit (France, South Africa, Austria, and the Middle East). The role involves providing analytical support to assist Finance and Business stakeholders in making informed decisions that drive improved business performance
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze data across the region, report financial information to management, and assist in preparing financial forecasts and plans for CEMEA business units.Prepare and generate standard reports with commentaries on trends and variances.Respond to ad hoc requests for analytics.Support and champion process improvement projects, including finance automation and generative AI projects.Suggest process enhancements to align countries with Group reporting.Oversee bi-annual maintenance processes and monitor progress.Develop close working relationships with operating businesses, providing a point of contact between CEMEA decision support and Corporate FP&A.Requirements:
Newly Qualified / Part Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a Finance concentration.Experience in a financial role or Finance support role, with an understanding of revenue or cost metrics and reporting in a global organization.Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and preferred knowledge of Hyperion and Dodeca.Strong technical analytical skills, including trend, variance, and profitability analysis.Knowledge of accounting policies and standards for revenue/cost and management accounting techniques (preferred).Strong knowledge of financial processes, revenue drivers, and dynamics for various businesses/industries.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. French speaking is preferred but not required.Work in a way that works for you
