This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

•\tResponsible for monthly closing in a timely manner and ensure data accuracy, including MJE posting, RA checking, costing run, accrual etc. •\tPerform financial analysis on actual results including income statement & balance sheet & net working capital analysis on variance of forecast and actual; monitor long aging items cleanups •\tCost center controlling includes cost center monthly report review, identify abnormal cost and find root cause for improvement.•\tProvide advisory to business functions to improve business process; identify / control business risk and recommend mitigation activities to deliver financial commitments.•\tSupport local business line controller for efficient planning including budgeting and forecast.•\tOther ad-hoc tasks.

Qualifications for the role

\tA bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting, Economic or business administra-tion.\tSolid knowledge and experience on finance process management and internal control\tYears of experience in similar role 3+ years, experience in manufacturing industry, rich experi-ence of SAP preferred. Any advanced analytical tools exposure (e.g., Power BI) will be a plus\tQuick learner and can work under pressure and stick to the deadline.\tGood communication skills.\tEnglish proficiency in speaking and written.
