Finance Administrator (CPT)
ENVIRONMENT: This company is a distributor of skincare products in Southern Africa, overseeing marketing, sales, and distribution across South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, and Eswatini. Based in Cape Town, the Finance Administrator will work within the finance and operations team, collaborating closely with the General Manager and the warehousing team in Johannesburg. This role offers a dynamic entry point into the skincare distribution industry, ideal for someone eager to grow within a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.   DUTIES: Process customer orders and ensure accurate invoice capturing. Assist in financial reporting to maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Support stock management tasks in coordination with the Johannesburg warehousing team. Perform reconciliations and verify financial data to uphold integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial and operational processes. Contribute to ad-hoc projects and reporting as required by the General Manager.   REQUIREMENTS: A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas). Prior experience in finance administration or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.   ATTRIBUTES: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
