Reporting to the FP&A Finance Manager, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administration Assistant t to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our trade compliance by meticulously collating and presenting documentation required by the United States Customs and Border Protection (US CBP). Additionally, the Finance Analyst will manage tariff cost reporting, tracking, and forecasting, supporting our commitment to maintain seamless and compliant trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Trade Compliance Documentation:
Compile, review, and organize all necessary trade-related documentation required by US CBP.Responsible for sourcing all finance documentation including but not limited to Intercompany POs, proof of payment, transfer pricingResponsible for collaborating with other business areas to gain non finance related documentsEnsure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner to meet compliance deadlinesMaintain a good understanding of trade compliance regulations, assisting in ensuring the company remains compliant with current US CBP requirementsData Analysis and Reporting:
Develop and maintain comprehensive tariff cost reports to provide insights into cost impacts and trendsTrack and analyze tariff costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvementsPrepare and present detailed month end reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendationsProvide support to finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reportingSupport in the forecasting of tariff-related costs and integrating them into the broader financial planning and analysis frameworkCross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with compliance, supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on all trade tariff and appropriate compliance initiativesContinuous Improvement:

REQUIREMENTS
Educations/Training: Fully Qualified Accountant
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in finance, trade compliance, or a related areaProficiency in financial analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SAP, or similar platforms.Basic accounting knowledgeExperience with Tableau and Power BI a plusSpecialized Knowledge/Skills
