Then come and join our Indonesian team as Finance Admin Intern who will give opportunities to learn end to end invoicing process.

Your task and responsibilities:

You will help to prepare commercial and tax invoices and collect their supporting documents.You will support Finance team to visit customer sites to handle invoicing documents, including obtaining signatures from hospital authorities.You will help Finance team in sending invoices and monitoring client receipts to guarantee accuracy and completeness of documents.Preparing contract for customer and archiving document upon completion

Your qualifications and experiences:

Students currently pursuing a degree in Accounting / Finance / Business AdministrationBasic knowledge in AR ProcessCandidate should possess advanced skill in Microsoft Office such as Word and Excel.Able to commit for internship at least 6 months

You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables.You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges.You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure.You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
