Minimum requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills in English and at least one other local language Must have experience in managing a major oil company site or at least 5 years experience as a Filling Station Manager Be a team leader and motivate all staff members Must be focused, capable of analytical thinking and have clear decision-making skills Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports Plan and oversee shift changes Ensure proper maintenance of all operational systems Ensure SHEQ and all statutory compliance is adhered to Take responsibility for all stock on site, including fuel and Convenience Shop
