Atec is looking to hire a temporary file scanner. This position will be for 3 months with a possibility of permanent hire. SUMMARY Assist with compiling and maintaining records and related files, blueprints, drawings, documents. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Perform other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment. Scan and/or copy reports and memorandums and save to the appropriate folder. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or minimum 2 years experience with engineering documentation; or combination of education and experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS N/A PHYSICAL DEMANDS Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
