PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

Is the SME across the external workforce processes partnering across teams to drive alignment and innovation Creates and owns Process documentation for E2E processes  Ensures operational benefits are driven in relation to External Workforce from product landscape  Provides process support and guidance as needed across all BAU areas connected to External Workforce Management  Seeks to ensure Best Run Intelligent Enterprise approach is taken in relation to all processes related to external workforce 

 

TECHNICAL AND SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE

Works with SAP IT and Fieldglass to ensure business centric and strategy relevant solutions are delivered Acts as internal expert on SAP Fieldglass  Team members create and manages release regression testing processes  Team leads release training process – collaborating with enablement consultant to ensure effective delivery of relevant information to all stakeholders  Leads SUS survey review and creates a plan to tackle outcomes.

 

BUSINESS CONSULTATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Customer focused consultative approach – seeks to understand the business operations and needs, assess impact of change and to deliver effective solutions to the business Responsible for managing change procedures – receiving and reviewing change requests through effective evaluation of business needs; prioritisation of change requests including impact and risk assessments and alignment to overall goals and objectives; prepares implementation plans, monitors and reports progress Takes a customer centric approach to all activities  Follows market trends and innovation translating into opportunities to drive value for SAP Gathers and documents business needs and articulates them effectively within the change management and governance structures – managing and tracking progress against delivering solutions to the business Works with colleagues to monitor adoption using system data and feedback / survey results to identify blockers to adoption 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

Mandatory experience working with SAP Fieldglass, another Vendor Management System (VMS), or a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Advanced English (written and verbal) (minimum) Strong influencing and communication skills - maturity to interact with senior business leaders in the organization, develop strong relationships and to resolve issues Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly Customer orientation and ability to execute and get things done to high standards Enthusiast, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and aptitude for collaboration Able to set priorities & multi-task Ability to listen and take into consideration information from multiple stakeholders  Strong business acumen with appreciation for how commercial, finance, procurement, HR and compliance topics interact within a large organisation  Strong analytical and IT skills, as experience of working within a cloud technology environment and understanding of SaaS


DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: 

Strong presenting and public speaking skills  Project management experience  Experience of working with the workforce or procurement organizations of a multi-national organization and the ability to understand the complexity of such environments Working on topics with strong compliance requirements
