Your Impact
As our Field Visual Merchandising Manager (Brand Initiatives), you’ll be the driving force behind bringing our brand vision to life across stores. You’ll amplify visual merchandising strategies, lead technical training, and ensure consistent execution that inspires and excites our edit customer while delivering commercial results.
This role is all about balance: aligning global brand direction with local flavour, supporting stores during peak activations, and making sure every detail, mannequin, and display speaks to who we are.

Brand Execution & Amplification
Implement brand-led VM strategies to ensure consistent, elevated in-store experiences Spot and seize opportunities to exceed visual standards Partner across teams to align on seasonal priorities and key product storiesIn-Market Adaptations & Events
Adapt initiatives to suit local markets and customer needs Lead visual execution for store openings, activations, and regional events Influence commercial impact with smart, customer-focused visual decisionsTesting & Strategy
Measure customer engagement and visual impact to evolve strategies Share insights and best practices to inform future brand rollouts Trial new concepts and provide feedback to central teamsTraining & Development
Facilitate technical VM training for store teams Coach on brand standards, presentation, and operational excellence Mentor and grow visual talent across the networkHigh-Profile Store Support

Proven experience leading VM in a multi-store retail environment A sharp eye for detail with strong commercial acumen Passion for customer experience and delivering brand consistency Leadership skills to coach, mentor, and develop others Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects Creative problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced settings A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (you’ll be on the road often!)
