Responsibilities:
Implement VM execution, window displays, in-store layouts, and seasonal themes.
Ensuring compliance with brand visual guidelines across all stores.
Conducting store visits to assess and improve VM execution.
Coordinating with field teams for promotional events.
Training and guiding in-store staff on visual standards.
Reporting on visual merchandising effectiveness and making recommendations.
Implement adequate control systems to manage VM standards

A Matric Certificate.
Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years proven experience in Visual merchandiser
Atleast 1-2 years in a supervisory or regional role will be an advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Visual & Creative Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, color coordination, and product placement.
Retail & Commercial Awareness: Ability to align store layouts and displays with sales strategies.
Project Management: Handling multiple stores, campaigns, and seasonal rollouts efficiently.
Training & Leadership: Coaching in-store teams on visual standards and best practices.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills required to work closely with store managers, and field managers.
Analytical Skills: Using sales data to assess the effectiveness of displays and making improvements.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of planograms, VM software, and digital merchandising tools.
