This person will help both with the onsite store setups around the country as well as the equipment staging in the Austin Distribution Center. When traveling for a new store setup this generally takes about 3-4 days. They need to setup the fixed cash registers, scanners, Microsoft Surface devices, floater registers, server rack and the managers devices. Roles to be performed include full understanding and oversight of front-line inventory planning, equipment staging and on-site store delivery of Retail Technology for New Store Openings or all delivery analyst. This work Includes coordination of partners and vendors that enable Retail Technology delivery (core network) and other technical solutions that provide the new store enhanced consumer (Audio, Video, etc). This role also includes full oversight of Analysts & Lead position in both remote and onsite support of large events as scheduled by the Marketing and Retail Operations teams. The goal is to deliver and provide profitable, world class New Store and Pop-Up / Event selling experiences as set forth by the company. Objectives of this Role • Overall delivery of network and retail POS technologies for New Stores, Store Relocations, Store Renovations & Store Closures • Setup/ Support of Holiday, VIP and Large Selling Event technical setup & support. Includes onsite & remote support • Tracking, escalating and resolving issues related to store technology solution delivery and event technology setup • Responsible for oversight of inventory planning, tracking, intake and management for New Store Openings (NSO) and Events.
