Responsibilities

 

Utilize different methods to effectively source candidatesOrganize and promote hiring eventsRecruit, interview, select and administer background check and drug screen on applicantsProvide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefitsSupport onboarding of new hiresConsult with Corporate Human Resources when necessary to ensure proper procedures are followedComplete other projects and duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

 

2+ years of recruitment experience preferred. A four-year degree in business administration, management, human resources or a related field preferredPrior experience working with applicant tracking systems preferredDisciplined self-starter proactive, resourceful, collaborative team player; detail-oriented and strong follow-through skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize workloadMust be process orientedStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and candidates
