Job Description Responsabilities + Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge related to wind turbine installation, large component exchanges, and crane operations. + Provide on-the-ground technical support to field teams during installation and maintenance activities. + Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices, and lessons learned. + Conduct training sessions for technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills. + Contribute to the development and customization of tools required for the installation and maintenance of wind turbine components. + Work closely with the engineering team to enhance and optimize tool performance based on field feedback. + Provide guidance on the safe and efficient operation of uptower cranes during various wind turbine activities. + Perform validation and critical analysis of rigging plans + Evaluate Crane suppliers for major component exchanges + Develop standard operating procedures all Filed Services operations ensuring ensure adherence to safety protocols. + Ensure Field Service activities are in compliance with technical norms applicable. + Conduct investigations and root cause analysis related to Field Services quality matters. + Maintain and update documentation related to regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS + Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Wind Turbines Operations and Maintenance + Minimum of 4 years experience with Wind Turbines Major Component ExchangesKnowledge of local and international crane companies. + Knowledge of lifting, hydraulic, pneumatic tools, and suppliers. + Analytical, logical and problem solving skills; + Good communication and writting skills; DESIRED SKILLS + Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area (Engineering) + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office. + Able to operate independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of a rapidly developing business; + Experience in the Crane industry + Fluency in Spanish. + Fluency in English. + Project Management knowledge.
